Orders and Delivery
Yes you will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout. If this is not received please check your junk or spam folder as they can sometimes go into there.
Delivery times vary depending on the product order. The majority of orders will be delivered within 2-14 working days. Please see the individual delivery information on each product for an accurate delivery estimate.
Of course! If you want to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to amend any order once it has been dispatched.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking information. You can use this information on our website to track the order via our track your order page.
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express) and Apple Pay.
All of our prices include VAT.
Of course! If you wanted to ensure you are one of the first in the queue to receive the product when back in stock, you can place a pre-order via the website.
Returns / Cancellations
We offer a 14 days returns policy from the date of delivery on all items unless they are made to order or fall under a specific category such as mattresses.
Oops! Sounds like somebody in the warehouse has made a mistake. Please contact us with your order details so we can ensure we can get the correct product to you.
If you have received a damaged product, please contact our team who will advise of the next steps regarding a replacement.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We are unable to cancel any orders that have been dispatched or that are for products that are made to order.
